Delete your Zoroua account

Follow these steps in the Zoroua app to permanently remove your data.

Login Open the Zoroua app and sign in to your account.

Go to Account From the side menu, open User Account.

Delete Tap the Delete Account button in red, then confirm.

Deletion is permanent. All account data and personal information stored by Zoroua will be erased. This action cannot be undone.

Who can request deletion? Any logged-in user can delete their account from within the app.

What is deleted? Your profile and associated personal data stored by Zoroua. Legal retention may apply for fraud or security logs if required by law.

Response time: Deletion is immediate in-app. Some backups may take up to 30 days to purge.
